Job Description

As a Business Applications Support, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technology. You will ensure smooth operation of business applications, provide hands-on support and training, and help transform user requirements into actionable system improvements. Your work will directly impact how businesses run, making you a key player in driving efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line and second-line support for business applications.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
  • Translate user requirements into clear system specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers and business teams to deliver solutions and patches.
  • Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with IT Service Management best practices.
  • Document processes, solutions, and user guides for clarity and consistency.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and human-centered skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years experience with enterprise applications support, cloud services, or equivalent role.
  • IT Technical Certifications are an added advantage.
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Attentive to detail and highly organized.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer service orientation with a professional, empathetic approach.
  • Ability to transform user requirements into system requirements.
  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
