As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving growth. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support marketing initiatives that position Truebits Technologies as a trusted partner for digital transformation. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of empowering businesses with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
– Support sales activities including lead generation, client outreach, and proposal development.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
– Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
– Assist in preparing presentations, pitches, and marketing materials.
– Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings both commercial acumen and people skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
– 3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
– Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Experience in the tech industry is an added advantage.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
