Finance Officer

Role Description
As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting. You will play a critical role in maintaining financial health, optimizing processes, and enabling sustainable growth for Truebits Technologies.

Responsibilities
– Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
– Monitor budgets, expenditures, and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
– Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
– Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
– Assist in developing financial policies, procedures, and controls.
– Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
– Collaborate with other departments to align financial practices with business goals.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and integrity.
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial management or accounting.
– Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– High attention to detail and organizational ability.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
